Clear The Shelters is a nationwide, month-long pet adoption and fundraising campaign running throughout August. Led by NBCUniversal Local, it teams up with hundreds of shelters and rescues - including local East Texas partners like Pawsitive Place Rescue - to reduce shelter overcrowding, promote pet adoption, and raise money for animal welfare.
