Description: Sam is a young Border Collie mix who was rescued during the recent ice storm. After visiting with the vet, we learned that Sam has a dislocated hip. Sam is currently healing in a foster home and doing well, and he will be ready for adoption soon. We don’t know much about what Sam went through before he was rescued, however we do know he is an incredibly sweet and loving boy who is easy to be around. He loves to snuggle, enjoys being close to his people, and has a friendly, affectionate personality. Sam is now taking applications for his forever family, and whoever adopts him is going to be very lucky
