Description: Maple is a 1-year-old Terrier mix who weighs only 40 lbs — the perfect size for cuddles, adventures, and couch naps. She loves exploring the yard, rolling around in the grass, carrying around her favorite tennis balls and sticks, and snuggling up in soft blankies after a long day. She also happens to be extremely photogenic and always ready for her close-up.
Maple is a fun, goofy girl who will absolutely keep you smiling and protect you from negativity and bad days. She has so much personality and loves being part of the action while still being happy to curl up and relax with her people. After spending a long time in the shelter environment, Maple can be protective of her belongings, so she would do best as the only pet in the home or with an experienced handler who understands her needs and boundaries.
